• Our loans are primarily secured by single family residences located in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento I-80 corridor with loan-to-value ratios below 70% based on conservative valuations.
• On an exception basis, loans are secured by multi-family, small commercial, land and out of area properties when there are mitigating factors.
