2.Fill out the loan application completely and fax it back to Prudential Mortgage Bankers. We also do require the original loan application for our file.
3. Along with the completed loan application, provide a copy of the most recent mortgage statement, showing loan balance and payment address, for any and all mortgages, if any, secured by the subject property.
4. Along with the completed loan applicaiton and mortage statements, provide evidence of hazard insurance on the property, and any other documents such as credit report, appraisal, preliminary title report, etc., if readily available.
